How do I verify my product batch?
Use the Batch Verification page and enter the product code and batch number printed on your packaging.
When is my manual bank transfer confirmed?
Uploading a receipt does not confirm payment. Your order is processed only after our finance team verifies the transaction in our receiving bank account.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout from your delivery country. Some products cannot be shipped to every country because of local import and licensing rules — you will be told at checkout if that applies to your order.
Can I return a product?
Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy. Some product categories cannot be returned once dispatched for safety reasons.
